Bullet Resistant Vests & Body Armor

     Armored Solutions® offers bullet-resistant vests, body armor accessories and canine vests. Ballistic panels wrap front to back providing front and side bullet resistant vest protection.
    Armored Solutions® body armor comes standard with a trauma plate pocket, Spectra insert that meet or exceed NIJ threat levels.

Different body armor systems allow you to select the bullet resistant vest that fits your intended use. All are tested to meet or exceed NIJ threat levels. 

   Body armor is available in extended and/or contour coverage for both men and women. Every bullet resistant vest comes standard with a 5x8 Spectra® soft trauma plate and a Transpor® moisture management tee shirt. Body armor comes standard in six different colors and are available with optional ballistic shoulder pads. Ballistic vests are delivered with a rip stop poplin outer carrier and are available with many types of NIJ tested ballistic materials. Three of the most popular ballistic materials are Aramid, Softouch™ and a Dyna Shield®/Goldflex® blended material. 

   Aramid material, which is commonly referred to as Kevlar®, is available in threat Levels IIA, II and IIIA and offers a high degree of comfort and flexibility. 

   Softouch™ material is the softest and most flexible body armor available. Level II & IIA ballistic panels are constructed from a combination of woven Aramid fabrics and AlliedSignal® Goldflex®. Threat Level IIIA panels are designed with Goldflex®, Spectra Shield, and Dyna Shield® materials. 

   Dyna Shield®/Gold Flex® vests are available in threat levels II and IIIA and offer light weight protection not available with other materials. Weighing 13.6 ounces per square foot of material, Dyna Shield®/Gold Flex® offer superior comfort and performance not found with other bullet resistant vests.
