Armored Solutions^® Cutaway cab is armored using composite lightweight ballistic panels, while armor plate is utilized on all vertical & horizontal panels in the cargo area. For added payload capacity this small armored truck cargo area can be manufactured using lightweight aluminum.

To increase the armored vehicle load bearing capacity, front doors are removed and reinforced with Armored Solutions^® machined bushings.

Armored Solutions^® vans are fitted with a one piece, curved ballistic windshield, ASI 2 piece interior ballistic windshield or ASI stainless steel exterior ballistic windshield module. Each one supplies ultimate visibility and defroster efficiency. Armored Solutions^® slam lock in conjunction with the rotary latch system allows for added security for the side & rear cargo doors of your armored van.
